Tap your site on the home screen. Enter the 4-digit site PIN to unlock it.

Update flats
Tap a flat number to open the trade sliders. Use the sliders or
±1
buttons for precision. Tap
Save Changes
when done — the flat turns green.

Hallways & Other items
Use the
Hallways
and
Other Items
tiles above the flat grid to update common areas and site works. Save after each section.

Submit
Return to the main screen and tap
Submit [Site Name]
. All data is locked in and the progress report is emailed automatically.

Check your email
The report arrives within a minute as an
.html
attachment. Open in any browser. To save as PDF:
File → Print → Save as PDF
, landscape layout.
